Wow!
What a year and it has been a long time since I've blogged - 5 years!
Okay so a quick recap of what happened...
I left Peru in 2017 July and returned to the UK pregnant with my second baby. K was born in September in Gloucestershire and he is a happy and healthy boy.
We then moved in January 2018 to Abuja, Nigeria. It was a difficult posting at first and my older son J found it tough settling in. South America to Europe to Africa - that's a lot for a young kiddo to deal with!
It ended up being absolutely interesting and I made a difference there. Small but still people remembered the impact...!
Then this year we got evacuated back to the UK due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was so tough because my Mum passed away a week after we got evacuated. It was very painful and sad.
We moved twice in that time and now we have somewhat settled in the lovely city of Brighton. It is absolutely fab!
Have to blog about what I did in Peru, Nigeria and what I've done in the UK so far. And also what it's going to be like for us in the future.
Anyway now I have to scoot and put the boys to bed. More later!
